About Us
The foundation stone of Kanpur (Uttar Pradesh)-based Murari Industrial Gases was laid in the year 1997. The success of the company is a result of the collaborative efforts of the team members. We have covered the markets of Kanpur, Farrukhabad, Lucknow, Jhansi, Fatehpur, Banda, Varanasi, Hamirpur, Unnao & Allahabad.

Highlights
- Murari Industrial Gases is a manufacturer of oxygen I.P., High Purity Oxygen, Industrial Oxygen, Nitrogen (All Grades), Liquid Nitrogen, Compressed Air and Repacking of Nitrous Oxide I.P.
- M.I.G was started in 1997 with Liquid Oxygen Filling Station at Fazalganj Kanpur.
- M.I.G has now its own premises with separate unit of 110m3 per hour and an ISO Certified.
- We are capable of producing 9, 00, 000 Cubic Meter Oxygen Gas annually & in Process for Expansion in Production.
- We are manufacturing gases with regular, Quantity checks in Lab.
- All cylinders are maintained as per IS specifications and explosive rules 2004.
- We have 220 KVA Power Supply for regular production and 250 KVA D.G. Set for Power Backup.
- We are supplying our product to Central/State Government Organizations, Hospitals & Industries.
- We are doing decantation of Nitrous oxide from Bulk cylinders into small service cylinders.
- We have well equipped, fully air-conditioned approved laboratory from U.P Drug Controller, Lucknow in our Premises.
- We are doing all tests Oxygen I.P and Nitrous Oxide I.P. as per standard.
- We are also provided facility for testing of our product as per BIS Standard
The Process consist of all relevant requirements as under
- A geyser of 5K.W. used for water heating, the hot water sprayed on the filled nitrous oxide cylinder to convert the liquid into Gases phase.
- Cemented tank of about 500 liters water capacity used for filling of cylinders at approximate 5oC.
- Digital Hanging balance of 100gm accuracy for weighing of empty and filled cylinder
- Specific arrangement system consists of calibrated pressure gauge with copper for filling purpose

Cylinder testing station is provided with the following necessary equipment
- Stand wise for holding the cylinders
- Platform weighing balance of 100 kg for the weighing of empty and water filled cylinders
- Inspection lamp for the visual inspection of internal call/body layer of the cylinder
- Wire bush for removing corrosion of inner cell of the cylinder
- Hydraulic motorized pump with manometer, pressure gauges for the hydraulic pressure required for the testing of the cylinders & permanent expansion of the cylinders is calculated by the manometer readings.
- Inverting stand for washing/drying and painting of the cylinder
